AAKEN Holdings is an off-chute of AAKEN Business Consulting, a company formed in 2007 by Andy Peters, to provide managerial consulting and business transition services to business owners. Founded in 2015, AAKEN Holdings provides the opportunity for qualified business owners to successfully transition their privately held company to a successor who will build upon the owner’s dedication and commitment.
No two companies are the same – each owner has pioneered a unique path, attracted a uniquely talented team, and a unique combination of resources. Our goal during and following each transition is to actively engage with owners, team members, and their respective industries to create a customized strategy that will add value to each organization for years to come – working together we build a great future upon the foundation of the past.
About Andy Peters, MBA
With over three decades of business leadership, Andy has developed a unique perspective for analyzing organizations. He’s started businesses, operated them for others, and bought and sold companies. When it comes to leadership transition, Andy has a proven record of improving the performance of companies that are not reaching their full potential or have found themselves in difficult circumstances.
As a successor leader, Andy works hard to honor every company’s accomplishments, seeing them as a foundation to build upon. He focuses on people and company culture to ensure that there are stable company dynamics that can be advanced to the next level. Andy works diligently to make a positive impact on the lives of both business owners and their employees.
Andy brings a blend of strategic insight and execution along with expertise in the disciplines that comprise a multi-functional organization, including Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Technology, and Administration. He leads, coaches, and creates performance accountability throughout an organization.
